Open House

We've got more people coming to look at the house again tomorrow and I've come up with a fool proof, can't miss, sure thing marketing plan.

What do you think?

I'd buy your house if I got bacon in the deal, for real.

Will you throw in a side of french toast if we meet your asking price?

If I had not fallen in love with the "other" house that would be a sweet deal!

Dan said 'b-a-c-o-n' Yeah, he'd buy your house if you gave him free bacon. But.... he's only 7, so he's probably not your buyer today.

Yeah, to hell with chocolate-chip cookies!

I'll take the bacon please... the house is just too darn far away. :) Oh, but so is the bacon. So I guess I'll have to buy my own... again.

Hi, I just wandered into your blog via Dooce...my mom is a real estate agent and I know (around here at least) the market is tough for sellers. I'll mention this bacon as a possible selling strategy.

Good luck!!
